viewSPACE shows the current state — who sits where, floor plans, occupancy and vacancy right now. viewMAC handles the transition: planning, approving, and tracking a move before it happens. They're built to work together — when a move completes in viewMAC, viewSPACE's occupancy data updates automatically.

viewWORK handles day-to-day maintenance and service requests — a broken AC unit, a leaking faucet, a lightbulb out. viewMAC handles moves, adds, and changes — relocating people, desks, and departments. A move approved in viewMAC can automatically generate the work orders viewWORK needs to execute it, but they solve two different problems.

Not necessarily. viewWORK covers maintenance and work orders on its own. viewASSET adds full inventory and lifecycle tracking for the physical assets themselves — furniture, IT equipment, HVAC units, and more. Many clients run both, since a service call in viewWORK can be tied directly to a specific asset record in viewASSET.
