• Moves create work. A move approved in viewMAC can automatically generate the work orders viewWORK needs to carry it out.
• Moves keep space current. When a move completes in viewMAC, occupancy data in viewSPACE updates automatically.
• Repairs build equipment history. A service call in viewWORK can be tied directly to a specific record in viewASSET, so every repair becomes part of that asset’s history.
• Assets live in spaces. Every asset is tied to a location, so a space record shows everything assigned to it.
• Reporting covers every module. Reporting & Dashboards work across the whole platform, and most custom reports are built at no extra cost.
• Documents in one library. The Document Vault keeps certificates, lease abstracts and inspection reports in one secured library, with access set per document.
